Who handles your information

Vuga is owned and operated by Stoqey Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). Stoqey Inc. is responsible for the information handled through the service. Contact support@vuga.tv with privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

• Account information: your email address, account and profile identifiers, sign-in records, and information provided by a sign-in provider if you use one.
• Profile and activity: your username, display name, bio, avatar, cover image, posts, uploaded media, replies, reactions, follows, saved items, and conversation membership.
• Messages and notifications: chat messages, delivery and read-related information, notification preferences, and device registration information when you enable push notifications.
• Technical information: session cookies, network information such as your IP address used for abuse prevention, and operational records needed to run and secure the service.
• Support: the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send us, plus account-deletion reasons or feedback you submit.

How we use it

We use information to sign you in, display your profile and content, deliver messages and notifications, maintain social connections and saved items, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate and troubleshoot Vuga. We also use it to respond to legal obligations and process account or privacy requests.

Where consent is required, you can withdraw it by contacting us or changing the relevant setting. This may affect features that depend on that information.

What other people can see

Your username, public profile, avatar, cover, public posts, replies, and public-chat messages are visible to others. Your email address is not displayed as part of your public profile.

Private conversations are available to their participants. Stoqey Inc. and its service providers process the messages to deliver and operate the feature; private chats should not be treated as end-to-end encrypted. Recipients can make their own copies of anything you send.

Service providers and outside content

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, and notifications. They process information needed to provide those services. Information may be processed outside your country, where different laws may apply.

Playing a TV or radio stream, opening an external link, or using an outside sign-in provider connects you to that provider. They may receive technical information, including your IP address, and handle information under their own policies. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address security, fraud, or threats to safety.

Cookies and local storage

Vuga uses cookies to maintain and protect your session. Your browser or device may also store appearance preferences, drafts, pending message attempts, and cached service data. You can clear browser storage or control cookies through your browser, but doing so may sign you out, remove local drafts, or affect features.

You can manage notification permissions in your browser or device settings and notification preferences in Vuga.

Retention and account deletion

Account data and content remain while needed to provide the service. Operational, support, moderation, and deletion records may be kept for security, dispute handling, or legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; contact us for information about a specific record.

Deleting your account revokes sign-in access and removes account credentials, profile images, device registrations, and personal lists through the account-cleanup process. A deleted-profile marker, shared posts or conversation history, and deletion records may remain. Deletion does not erase copies saved by other users or outside providers.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, manage notification settings, and request account deletion in Settings. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available under applicable law, email support@vuga.tv. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. You may also raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority.

Children and policy updates

Vuga is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below the minimum age required in their country. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information contrary to these requirements.

We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide notice or request consent for material changes where required.
